2013 Biennium Goals and Objectives

Concentrate daily operations on preventative maintenance to HVAC, electrical, fire and security alarm systems.

• Receive no Notice of Violations for any environmental, fire or life safety laws or directives.
• No mission cancellations attributed to facility or airfield management.

Aggressively pursue improvements to all facility energy demands by directing a minimum of 20% of all available design and construction funds towards energy conservation projects.

• Exceed mandated Federal and State energy reduction guidelines.

All outside agency directed inspections; audits or staff assistance visits require a rating of excellent or higher and reveal no significant negative findings.

• Execute all budgets in a timely manner and close fiscal year ahead of schedule.
